She grew up between Athens and Longos, Achaia. She studied theatre at EMPROS Drama School, and Philosophy & History of Science at the University of Athens
As an actress she has collaborated with the directors Natasha Triantafylli (Marshall Plan - A Path of Perspectives/ Athens Festival 2023), Giorgos Sachinis (Ocean/ All of Greece, One Culture and Dourgouti Island Hotel), Irini Fanarioti (The right pocket of the robe/ DIPETHE Agrinio, Choephoroi/ Theatre of New Cosmos and Monaksxá: a lonely planet/ Athens Festival 2016), Anna Tzakou (Rea Frantzi: Exodus and The Representation/ National Theatre), Aris Balis (Neolithic Nightmare in Kronstadt/ Bios), Lefteris Yovanidis (Schumann/ National Theatre), Kostas Papakonstantinou (The Jumping Rope/ National Theatre), Georgia Mavragani (Old Age, A Choral Ode/ National Theatre), Christos Stergioglou (The Suppliants/ Athens Festival 2014), Alexandros Likouras (Written Traces / Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation), Sakis Papakonstantinou (La Commune Grecque / Athens Festival 2012), Thodoris Economidis (Katalogia / Philippi Festival 2012, M. Kakoyannis Foundation, Sani Festival), etc.
In cinema, she has appeared in the films Matriarchy and Tuesday by Nikos Kornilios, Sea Happens by Manos Arvanitakis (1st prize at the 48-hour Film Festival, Short Film Corner at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival) and Brides by Pantelis Voulgaris.
Since 2009, she has been a regular member of Aerites Dance Company as choreographer's assistant to Patricia Apergi and as stage manager of the company's tour (Cementary, Planites, Era poVera, The Manifest of the Other, dopa!). She also collaborates with Ioanna Portolou and the Griffon Dance Company as assistant choreographer and dramaturg (Amazing, Manifesto). She has edited the dramaturgy for all the dance performances of Margarita Trikka and Prolet OCD (a Punch of Losers, Delenda est, Trajectory-A Tragedy of a Victory), To Be Possessed by Chara Kotsali and La Folle Allure by Irene Fanarioti. As an assistant director she has worked with Natasha Triantafylli, Dimitris Xanthopoulos, Konstantin Bogomolov, Georgia Mavragani, Kostas Papakonstantinou, Thanos Papakonstantinou etc.
She has curated the movement in the opera Magic Pillows (GNO) and in the performances Marshall Plan - A Path of Perspectives (Athens Festival) and Great Ruins (National Theatre), all directed by Natasha Triantafylli. In June 2019, she collaborated with Aspasia-Maria Alexiou in the dramaturgy and design of the experiential walk Routes on Roots #3. The latter was part of the Synikismos Festival of Eleusis - European Capital of Culture 2021.
She is member of the artistic direction of the U(r)topias Academy of Choreography under the direction of Patricia Apergi, as part of Eleusis - European Capital of Culture 2023.
