Claudia Bosse

Claudia Bosse lives in Vienna and Berlin, is a director, choreographer and artist and heads the transdisciplinary constellation theatercombinat. Her works deal with forms of violence, history and concrete utopias. Bosse understands her expansive choreographies, in which she interweaves myths, rituals and texts with bodies, objects, sounds and sometimes choirs, as "art of a temporary community" - also with non-human beings. She develops site-specific performances, installations and interventions in and outside Europe, in museums, architecture, theatres, landscapes and urban spaces. Her most recent works were BONES and STONES at tanzquartier vienna, BONES and STONES in the landscape, ORACLE and SACRIFICE in the woods as part of the four-year project ORGAN/ismus - poetik der relationen and commune 1-73 with 73 fragments on the Paris Commune as well as assembly of different beings with FFT dusseldorf. More to find under www.theatercombinat.com
