Christiana Kosiari

Christiana Kosiari was born in Athens, Greece. She graduated from the National School of Dance in 2012 and from the Athens University of Economics and Business in 2008. She is a professional dancer and teacher and starting to take her first steps in choreography. She is currently dancing with the project “Lamenta” of Siamese Dance Co. Some of the tour performances until now are: Athens Epidaurus Festival, Comedie de Clermont Ferrand (June 2021), Festival D’Avignon, Le Maillon, Strasbourg (October 2021), La Villette, Paris (December 2021) and ongoing tour until 2023. She has participated in many dance performances of Greek and Foreign Choreographers as a performer. Some of them are indicatively: “Cinderellas”, August 2021 in Dance Laboratory Rhodes, by Alexandros Stavropoulos Aerowaves prize, “442”, Stereo Nero Dance Company, Onassis Stegi, Athens, March 2021, “Kwaidan”, Stereo Nero Dance Co, Arc For Dance Festival, Athens, September 2020, “A jewelry piece”, Lodie Kardouss, A project gallery, Athens, June 2019 and in other projects. She had her first choreography attempt with the piece “Chained”, in August 2021 in Dance Laboratory Rhodes. Before that, she was the assistant choreographer of Stereo Nero Dance Co in “Fthoggika Pathi”, Athens Epidaurus Festival, June 2019. She also worked as a movement director in theatrical plays from 2016 until now. She has attended many workshops in Greece and abroad indicatively Akram Khan, DV8, David Zabrano, Anton Latchky e.t.c. and she teaches dance since 2007.
