In the second year of the U(R)TOPIAS Academy of Choreography (2022-2023), 6 of the participating choreographers from the first year were selected to deepen their research in the city and develop their work. The program of the Academy was structured in six two-day workshops (one every month) and two intensive sessions (5 days each) with invited mentors from Greece and abroad. 

The choreographers participated in the Opening Ceremony of 2023 Eleusis - European Capital of Culture, with a collective choreographic work and at the same time developed a site-based choreographic piece of 15 minutes duration. The first two-year cycle was concluded in a festive way with Dance MyS+eries/Season 2, a 3-hour site-based performance in the city of Elefsina, where the choreographers had the opportunity to present their work on a large scale.
